Stephanie obtained her PhD in collaboration with Bielefeld University and the Leibniz Institute IPK Gatersleben in Germany. Having previously worked on topics related to oxygen sensing and redox biology in land plants, she is now applying her expertise toward unravelling the genetic mechanisms underlying cytoplasmic inheritance.
